Elizabeth Taylor was born in London, England and lived an iconic lifestyle. She said many times she never wanted to be an actress, but was pushed by her mother into a career that made her millions of dollars. Elizabeth lived a much publicized yet private life including her eight marriages, several life-threatening illnesses, and decades as a social activist for AIDS. She was a two-time Oscar winner & one of Hollywood's most glamourous superstars. She passed away at the age of 79 of congested heart failure in Los Angeles, California.
